Father Gargaro's Canon Law Pages
Father Paul Gargaro was ordained a priest by Archbishop Conti in St Michael's, Dumbarton, on the 30th June 2005, the Feast of the Proto-Martyrs of Rome, after seven years study and formation at the Pontifical Scots College in Rome. He has Bachelor of Philosophy (PhB) and Bachelor of Sacred Theology (STB) degrees from the Pontifical Gregorian University and in 2006 graduated summa cum laude from the Gregorian with a Licence in Canon Law (JCL). Since 2006 he has been a curate in the parishes of Our Holy Redeemer's and Saint Margaret's in Clydebank and an assistant chaplain in Saint Andrew's High School. Father Gargaro is an Instructor at the Scottish National Tribunal.
Father Gargaro is a member of the Canon Law Society of Great Britain and Ireland and of the Ecclesiastical Law Society.

In 2007 Father Gargaro was asked to present a day's lecture on "Christian Anthropology in Canon Law" in the Canon Law Society of Great Britain and Ireland's Jurisprudence Course. This website began as a convenient platform for hosting lecture notes, etc., for downloading by the participants. Father Gargaro also posted here his licence dissertation (tesina) and hopes to post further canonical projects here in due time.
